A daffodil birthday
Now that her birthday is passed, I can post this card that I made for June, a friend’s mom. She lives in Alaska and adores daffodils. Thankfully I have a hubby who doesn’t mind scouring Hobby Lobby for any daffodil stickers he can find, even if it means acosting an employee (just kidding, no employees were hurt in the making of this card). K&Co. made all the stickers on this card, I just ‘popped’ them where appropriate to add dimension. I used a Sizzix butterfly die to create the base for the K&Co. butterfly, and I also made its antennae from some scrapbooking wire. I also sent some Bazzill textured cardstock through my AlienBug (Cuttlebug) with a happy birthday folder to make the embossed paper at the top of the card. Thanks for looking!
